Besides conducting licensing procedures for banks, insurance companies, investment firms and pension funds, we constantly advice them regarding all supervisory and compliance questions, money laundring prevention, reporting and approval procedures, and by planning and the developement of new financial products. We support foreign financial service providers when considering to operate in Austria, both from other EU Member States and Third Countries. Capital Markets

We advice companies, listed on the stock exchange, in questions of ad-hoc publicity, reporting duties, corporate governance, market conduct, insider deals, as well as in preparing and accomplishing annual general meetings. Nonetheless we support banks and other emittents in regard to prospectus duties, respectively private placements and with the documentation of bonds and debt issuance programs.
