With regard to Competition and Anti-Trust Law, we handle merger and takeover applications and anti-trust proceedings. We pursue our clients´ claims due to unfair competition or misuse of monopolistic positions.

Intellectual Property & Copyright Law

As regards Intellectual Property Law, our competency reaches from copyright questions, e.g. in the software branch and art scene, over legal advice in Patent Law, like for bio-tech firms, to, last but not least, trademark and sample protection in all sectors.
